For many years, TeliaSonera has worked with Trio and offered the Trio presence management system to its customers. Now a decision has been reached to expand this cooperation by offering the entire Trio product suite.
Trio’s new Enterprise concept consists of three main components: Trio Present for referral and presence management, Trio Agent, one of the market’s most advanced contact center solutions and Trio Visit for visitor management.
All of these functions are now integrated into a single platform, Trio Enterprise 2.0, entailing significant functional and coordination advantages for both customers and partners. Telia is now able to offer its customers all of the concept components on one single platform, which effectively complements the company’s other solutions and offerings.
